This extra virgin olive oil extracted using the "percolation" cool system drop by drop. Bay leaving the olive oil dripping naturally from the paste of the squeezed olives, this method grants the absolute perfection in terms of quality and the fragrance in the taste.
This extra virgin olive oil is extracted through the traaditional method of centrifugation, using specific steel machinery called decanters.

It is extracted as the one above, but using olives which have been produced by those farmers joining the "Consorzio di Tutela e Valorizzazione dell'olio extra vergine di olive" and respecting the producing regulations.
