It was built in the mid-sixteenth century on an earlier medieval religious building. Inside there are paintings depicting the life of the Virgin, such as the Nativity, the Presentation in the Temple, the Coronation and Marriage with St. Joseph. The sixteenth-century facade has been changed between 1907-1913
